This club invites students to unleash their imagination, developing their knowledge of materials and processes for creative exploration. Through activities involving paint, paper, sculpture, and pottery, students are encouraged to perceive colors, shapes, textures, and designs in new ways.
3. Performing Arts Club
Combining dance, drama, and theatre, this club nurtures a love for performance and active expression. Students interpret and perform narrative dance forms, plays, and other performances, embracing contemporary, classical, and Western styles. The club provides a platform for students to excel in their chosen form of performance.
4. Music Club
AIS values musically inclined students, offering opportunities through this club. It accommodates diverse musical tastes, providing voice coaching, musical notation sessions, and chances to learn instruments and compose original scores.
5. ECO Sustainability Club
This club educates students on sustainable practices and environmental conservation. It empowers students to take action through awareness campaigns, movements, and drives aimed at promoting green initiatives within the local community.
6. AIS Community & Humane Society
This club nurtures students’ altruistic instincts by encouraging them to understand and fulfill their responsibilities to the broader community. Students participate in and initiate outreach programs and drives that empower and assist the less privileged, developing a wide range of skills in the process.
7. Design and Technology Club
This club introduces students to design concepts using modern technology tools such as Photoshop and Animation. Students learn the principles of design and technology, collaborating to innovate and create product prototypes and experimental models.
8. Cuisine Club
The Cuisine Club cultivates a love for cooking and culinary creativity. Students experiment with flameless cooking, preparing salads, entrees, and desserts from various cuisines worldwide. They develop a nuanced understanding of flavor, texture, and culinary techniques.
9. Interact Club
As the youth wing of the Rotary Club, the Interact Club provides AIS students with a platform to develop leadership skills and foster social responsibility. Students engage in efforts to reach out to the underprivileged, striving to make a tangible difference in their lives.
10. MUN Club
The Model United Nations Club offers students hands-on experience in simulating UNO proceedings. Through discussions and deliberations, students engage with global issues, learning the Rules of Procedure practically. Mock MUNs prepare them for higher-level MUN conferences.
